As a customer of London Finance Solutions, your privacy is very important to us. We will not disclose information about you or your personal details to anyone, unless we have your consent, or where we are compelled or allowed by law to do so.

Majority of the information we hold of our clients is stored electronically on computer systems and online. Please note some data may not be held on systems, for example manual application forms, handwritten letters. We endeavour to have everything scanned and stored on our systems. We are confident that our systems and security of your data is secure and no one will be able to access your information unlawfully.

We will only send you information on new services and products available in the market if you have opted in for this service. London Finance Solutions do not sell any personal information we hold. The information you provide us may in the regular course of business, move between London Finance Solutions and associated companies [e.g. lenders, insurers, estate agents and solicitors by way of updating them on the general status of your mortgage application]. We are also obliged to make our records available to our regulator upon request.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Data Controller in relation to any personal data you supply is Dhavi Limited.

Please note by providing us with any personal information, you authorise London Finance Solutions to use your information in accordance with this policy. Additionally, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requires us to make records to evidence the suitability of the recommendations we offer and in most instances, we will be unable to provide you with a product or service if you do not provide us with the necessary information or give us your permission to process and store your data.

Use of Cookies
