Commercial Finance

We generally break this down into 2 categories:

Individuals and companies purchasing for investment

If you are purchasing commercial property as an investment and intend to let this to a third party, such as an office block, restaurant, betting shop, local supermarket for example, the type of funding you require will depend on factors such as the quality of the covenant [tenant], the term of the lease in place or being granted, rent reviews, break clauses etc.

We have access to majority of the lenders in this space and have direct relationships with may of them, allowing us to be well placed to offer excellent terms.

Individuals and companies purchasing for self use.

This type of funding differs from the above in that the lending is based more on you and your business. Factors such as your current business, trading figures, use of the premises, works involved are key to this type of an application.
