Our client was a medical professional with income from employment from the NHS and private work for which he had a LTD company set up.
His NHS income was sufficient to cover his household expenditure and therefore he had no drawings from the LTD company.
For the mortgage the loan was not affordable just using his employed income and we were able to use the income from the LTD company in order to obtain the loan required using his private work contract and the retained income in his LTD company.
